My Services Are Guaranteed - You are The Judge!
I want to be known for providing high quality services for a fee that is fair to you and me. As a result, I will not be inexpensive. It is extremely important to me that you are happy with my services, my advice and my fees. I never want you to be disappointed. After all, happy clients refer their friends and business acquaintances to me.

But, I know I cannot please everyone. If for any reason you are disappointed and you believe my fee is not appropriate, then the invoice will be reduced to an amount satisfactory to you, even if the amount is zero. The bottom line - You are the judge.

Malpractice Insurance - For Your Benefit!
Most of us assume all professionals, with whom we do business, have an adequate amount of malpractice insurance. Unfortunately, many accountants, attorneys and other professionals do not have malpractice insurance or, if they have insurance, it is a nominal amount. We all make mistakes. Some mistakes are very minor and others are never noticed.

Although I hope I will never make a mistake that will cause financial injury to a client, it is possible. In order to protect you (and the financial security of my family), I have a malpractice policy covering the services I perform as a Certified Public Accountant.

Fees - How Much?
Send me an e-mail telling me something about last year's tax return and yourself. What tax forms are in last year's return (Schedules A, B, C, D, E, F, 6198, 8582, 8582-CR, etc.)? Or, fax me a copy of last year's income tax return. Any changes in your situation from last year (bought/sold real estate, moved, change in dependents, etc.)? When did you move out of the U.S.? Do you expect your income to be under/over the exclusion (1999-$74,000; 2000-$76,000; 2001-$78,000; 2002-$80,000)? Any unique issues or problems? After receiving the information, I'll quote you a price.
